Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective therapeutic approach that uses guided relaxation and focused attention to help you access your subconscious mind and make positive changes in your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Whether you are struggling with phobias, smoking cessation, weight loss, or other mild issues, hypnotherapy can help you overcome limiting beliefs and achieve your goals. During a hypnotherapy session, I will guide you into a relaxed state and help you access your subconscious mind, where you can explore the root causes of your challenges and develop new strategies for positive change. Hypnotherapy is a gentle and non-invasive therapy that can help you achieve lasting results in a relatively short period of time. Hypnotherapy works best in conjunction with CBT.
Note: Please bear in mind that hypnotherapy does not guarantee results and the success of hypnosis largely depends on your participation in the process. 
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy

Cognitive-behavioral therapy, or CBT, is a goal-oriented and evidence-based approach to therapy that helps individuals identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to emotional distress. My core modality is CBT hence I am an experienced CBT therapist. I use a structured and collaborative approach to help you develop practical skills and strategies to manage your symptoms and improve your overall well-being.

During a CBT therapy session, you will work with me to identify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to your challenges. You will then learn how to replace these negative patterns with positive and constructive ones through a variety of techniques, such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and exposure therapy. CBT is a highly effective and a relatively short-term therapy that can help you achieve lasting results.
